AiOne ("we", "us") provides business automation infrastructure — AI model access, hosting, and automation services — on a consolidated subscription, via aione.solutions (the "Site") and our services (the "Services"). This policy explains how we collect, hold, use, and disclose personal information, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, assess whether our Services fit your needs, provide and operate the Services, meter usage and issue invoices, provide support, meet our legal and tax obligations, and protect the security of our systems. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your information for third-party marketing.
We disclose personal information only to the service providers we use to run our business and the Services, including payment processing (Stripe), cloud hosting and infrastructure vendors, and email delivery providers — and only to the extent needed to provide the Services. Some of these providers store data outside Australia (including in the United States). Where that occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure the information is handled consistently with the APPs. We may also disclose information where required by law.
If we operate infrastructure on your behalf, data held within your applications and databases (including personal information about your own end users) is processed on your instructions. You remain responsible for your own privacy obligations to your end users; we act as an infrastructure provider and access that data only as needed to provide, support, and secure the Services.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure — including encryption in transit, access controls, and credential management practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep personal information only as long as it is needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, financial records retained under Australian tax law), then delete or de-identify it.
You can request access to or correction of the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@aione.solutions. If you believe we have breached the APPs, contact us first and we will respond within a reasonable period. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
If a data breach involving personal information is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the OAIC in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at this address, with its effective date shown above.
